Have you ever thought about the world stale? It's actually a pretty weird word, especially when you say it multiple times.
Stale stale stale stale stale.
Then comes the problem with spelling it, after you keep saying it repeatedly it begins to sound like stail. There is no definition for the word 'stail' as I do believe it is not an actual word.
